Position: Social Media Manager

Experience Required: 5+ years
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and product campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and brand-led storytelling content.
- Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and product teams for campaign execution.
- Track performance using Meta Business Suite, GA4, and social analytics tools.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and communities to build brand loyalty and reach.
- Identify and leverage trending formats, memes, and viral opportunities.
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategies for growth.
- 5+ years of experience managing social media for a D2C startup brand.
- Strong understanding of consumer internet brands and digital storytelling.
- Proven experience in growing brand pages organically and through campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Understanding of reach, engagement, conversions, and content performance metrics.
- Ability to execute fast in a startup environment.
