Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time DSA & Full-Stack Trainer to mentor aspiring developers. Your primary focus will be building strong programming logic (70% DSA) and guiding students through practical web application development (30% Full-Stack). You will lead live classes, review student code, and solve daily technical doubts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]Key Responsibilities
- Live Teaching: Conduct interactive training sessions on advanced Data Structures, Algorithms, and Full-Stack web technologies.
- Doubt Resolution: Resolve student coding blocks, debug errors, and explain complex logic clearly during daily doubt sessions.
- Project Mentorship: Guide students in applying DSA concepts to build functional Frontend and Backend capstone projects.
- Interview Prep: Conduct technical mock interviews, design coding assignments, and evaluate weekly assessments. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Skills
- Core DSA Mastery: Exceptional problem-solving skills in Java, C++, or Python (active profiles on LeetCode/HackerRank are highly preferred).
- Full-Stack Knowledge: Practical hands-on experience with modern Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and Backend architectures (Node.js, Express, or Django) with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Communication & Patience: Ability to simplify abstract concepts for beginners, paired with strong empathy and a passion for teaching.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
