Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks including documentation, record-keeping, and data entry
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting procedures
- Maintain office files and ensure accurate data management
- Support internal coordination and general office administration
Requirements
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, Email communication)
- Basic accounting knowledge (billing, invoicing, data entry)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site in Mangalore
