Job Description: Customer Support Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team and assist in providing a smooth and positive experience to our customers. In this role, you will support the customer service team in handling customer queries, resolving basic issues, and maintaining proper communication across phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Help customers with basic order, product, service, return, or exchange-related queries
- Support the team in troubleshooting customer issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, escalations, and issue resolution
- Follow company communication guidelines and customer support best practices
- Ensure a polite, helpful, and customer-friendly approach in every interaction
- Learn and use CRM tools, support software, and internal systems
Requirements
- Freshers or students looking to gain experience in customer support are welcome
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic problem-solving and listening skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM/support tools
- High school diploma, graduate, or pursuing graduation
- Positive attitude, patience, and eagerness to learn
