Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, polite, and responsible Receptionist & Telecaller who can handle front desk operations, manage patient communication, and assist with billing-related work. The candidate should maintain a professional attitude while ensuring smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Register patients and maintain accurate entry in hospital software or registers.
- Guide patients regarding consultation, OPD timings, and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk.
Telecalling & Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Provide information about hospital services and appointments.
- Follow up with patients for feedback, appointments, and pending bills.
- Maintain call logs and report daily activity.
Billing & Administrative Support:
- Generate and maintain patient bills accurately.
- Collect payments (cash / card / UPI) and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with accounts and nursing departments for billing-related queries.
- Maintain daily cash collection reports and submit them on time.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software, billing systems).
- Pleasant personality with patient-handling ability.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
