We are looking for a frontline sales professional responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing existing clients in the B2B segment. The role involves solution selling across industries like corporates, HORECA, manufacturing, and facility management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Conduct product presentations and demos to clients
- Drive institutional sales (B2B) across target segments
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with facility managers, purchase teams, and decision-makers
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / field sales / business development
- Experience in one or more industries:
- Cleaning & Hygiene
- Facility Management
- Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals
- Industrial Products / Consumables
- Strong skills in client acquisition and relationship management
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Experience in institutional sales / corporate sales
- Exposure to HORECA / FM / Industrial clients
- Candidates currently working with competitors or similar solution-based companies will be preferred
