Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Service Technician for Commercial Vehicles to handle diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and technical support for heavy and light commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial vehicles efficiently.
- Handle engine, gearbox, clutch, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and vehicle inspections.
- Use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting vehicle issues.
- Attend breakdown service support when required.
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Guide and support junior technicians in workshop activities.
- Maintain workshop safety and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with spare parts team for required materials.
- Conduct final inspection and road test after repairs.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–7 years experience in Commercial Vehicle Service.
- Experience in Ashok Leyland / Mahindra Commercial vehicles preferred.
- Strong knowledge in BS6 vehicles and diagnostics.
- Good troubleshooting and technical skills.
