Key Responsibilities
● Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of modern web applications across frontend and backend systems
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, strategists, and marketing professionals
● Develop responsive user interfaces and scalable backend functionalities
● Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
● Own testing, debugging, deployment, and performance optimization processes
● Contribute to improving development workflows, automation systems, and application scalability
● Work with AI-powered tools and intelligent development environments to enhance productivity and innovation
● Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth
● Contribute to technical decision-making and code quality standards across projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
● 3 – 5 years of professional experience in full stack development
● Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development concepts
● Solid experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Next.js
● Strong familiarity with backend technologies, REST APIs, databases, and version control systems like Git/GitHub
● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
● Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
● Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic professional setting
Mandatory Requirement — AI Tool Proficiency
Candidates must be comfortable working with modern AI-assisted development and productivity tools.
