Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and selection
- Sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews with department heads
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Requirements
- Graduate or MBA (HR preferred)
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of job portals and social media hiring
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
