URGENT HIRING – Customer Care Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt customer support.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation tasks.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Plus Two or Any Degree (Mandatory)
- Languages: Malayalam and English, plus any one of the following: Hindi or Tamil.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer care, customer support, or call center is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Positive attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
