MM AGRI Components Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality agricultural components, specializing in harrow discs, plough discs, and various tractor parts. We are seeking a results-driven and organized General Manager to lead our industrial operations and streamline our growing production facilities.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of our plant sections, ensuring that production schedules are met, assets are managed effectively, and inter-departmental delegation is handled with precision. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate business goals into operational reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight: Monitor daily operations of the disc and tyre plants, ensuring manufacturing targets and relocation projects are completed on schedule.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership on product costing, vendor management, and procurement strategies.
- System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems, including asset coding, MIS reporting, and delegation trackers.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with department heads across HR, Accounts, and Purchase to ensure workplace accountability and smooth workflow.
- Safety & Compliance: Manage factory safety protocols, including fire safety systems and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Reporting: Deliver regular progress reports on plant performance, inventory status, and labor productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment (Required).
- Skills:
- Expertise in data management and MIS reporting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing logistics and supply chain.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and complex delegation sheets.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor and procurement handling.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
