About the Role
DigitalVia Technologies is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right digital marketing courses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing to effectively explain our training programs and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding digital marketing courses.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, internship, and placement assistance.
- Maintain student records and update CRM on a regular basis.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the training and marketing teams for smooth admission processes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and industry trends.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM, and online communication tools.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in education counselling, sales, admissions, telecalling, or customer support will be preferred.
