Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities of the company. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, preparing reports, and supporting smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation.
- Handle data entry and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational support.
- Manage emails, calls, and internal communication.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other office documents.
- Maintain employee and client databases.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Support HR and admin-related activities whenever required.
- Ensure proper filing and document management.
- Perform other back-office and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience- 0 to 3 years of experience in Back Office / Administration preferred.
Salary- As per company standards and candidate experience.
