Job responsibility :-
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new billet customers.
- Generate sales inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery of billets.
- Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and payment status.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and account reconciliation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and transporters for smooth dispatch.
- Visit customers regularly to strengthen business relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Skill & requirement :-

- Experience :- 1 year to 3 year
