Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform TIG (Argon) welding operations as per approved drawings and work instructions.
- Weld stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal components with high precision and quality.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare materials, joints, and welding equipment before welding operations.
- Ensure proper gas flow, welding parameters, and machine settings.
- Inspect welded joints for defects such as cracks, porosity, undercuts, and incomplete fusion.
- Carry out grinding, finishing, and polishing work after welding when required.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality during fabrication.
- Follow welding procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, measuring tape, and gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding machines and tools.
- Report machine breakdowns, welding defects, and material issues to the supervisor.
- Minimize welding rework, material wastage, and production losses.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
- Use required PPE such as welding helmet, gloves, apron, safety shoes, and goggles.
- Follow company safety, quality, and ISO procedures.
- Support production targets and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Assist in fabrication, assembly, and fitting activities when required.

Qualification
- ITI Welder / Fabricator or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Argon (TIG) Welding and Fabrication work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,444.35 per month
