FOUR BROTHERS APPARELS (P) LTD is a leading manufacturer of high-quality men's and kids' shirts. We are the proud owners of three growing apparel brands: Volume Zero, New Roads, and KidzPlay. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. Merchandiser to join our team and support our merchandising operations.
Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Jr. Merchandiser, you will assist the merchandising team in coordinating apparel production activities for woven and knit garments. You will work closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end merchandising process for woven and knit apparel.
- Coordinate with design, production, sampling, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up with fabric and accessory suppliers for timely procurement.
- Monitor order progress and maintain production timelines.
- Assist in sample development, approvals, and buyer requirements.
- Prepare merchandising reports, order sheets, and production documents.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding materials, delivery schedules, and production status.
- Help maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
- Track inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Support senior merchandising team in daily merchandising activities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, samples, and production updates.
QualificationsExperience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Apparel Merchandising.
- Freshers with a degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Technology, Textile Technology, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of woven and knit garment manufacturing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Knowledge
- Understanding of garment production processes, fabric types, trims, and sampling.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising documentation is an added advantage.
