PACE is an end-to-end digital solution that helps in Real-Time Project Execution, Health and Safety, Quality and Field management for greater visibility and cost savings. PACE enables digital workflows, remote working and AI-based analytics to bring speed, flow and surety to project delivery. We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology-driven projects across software development, implementation, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and support.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and Support.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
Manage client expectations and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.
Team Coordination
Lead and mentor project teams to drive accountability and collaboration.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Risk & Quality Management
Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Track project KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
Process Improvement
Drive Agile/Scrum project management methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience managing software/application development projects.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
Experience working in SaaS, IT Services, or Product-based organizations.
Exposure to cloud technologies, API integrations, or enterprise software projects is an added advantage.
