Senior Associate – F&B Service
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To
Restaurant Manager
Job Purpose
To provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensure smooth restaurant operations, maintain service standards, and support the team in delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of restaurant, banquet, and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training and guiding junior associates when required.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and outlet offerings.
- Support inventory control and minimize wastage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B Service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest handling.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
