Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Administration & Facility Manager to oversee office administration, facility management, employee support, workplace discipline, and day-to-day administrative operations. Retired professionals or candidates above 50 years with relevant administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Facility & Maintenance Management: Coordinate building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, equipment, and other facility-related requirements.
- Employee Support & Coordination: Assist employees with administrative requirements and coordinate with different departments.
- Attendance & Office Discipline: Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave, and general office discipline.
- Travel & Accommodation Management: Arrange employee travel, accommodation, transportation, and related logistics.
- Documentation & Record Management: Maintain office records, registers, documents, and administrative files.
- Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain records of office assets, equipment, stationery, and inventory.
- Security & Safety Management: Coordinate security personnel and ensure workplace safety and security procedures are followed.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize meetings, official events, employee functions, and other office activities.
- Finance & Expense Coordination: Coordinate administrative expenses, bills, petty cash, and vendor payments with the finance team.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure administrative policies and company procedures are properly implemented.
- Housekeeping & Workplace Management: Supervise housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Management & Department Coordination: Coordinate between management and various departments for smooth operations.
- Administrative Reporting: Prepare regular administrative, facility, attendance, and expense reports.
- Employee Welfare & Engagement: Support employee welfare activities and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Emergency & Risk Management: Handle emergency situations and coordinate appropriate response measures.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement better administrative processes.
Candidate Profile
- Retired professionals or candidates above 50 years are preferred.
- Strong experience in administration, facility management, office management, or general administration.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle administrative responsibilities.
- Mature, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic administrative documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with employees, vendors, security, housekeeping, and management.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
