Job Summary
As a Python Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs using Python and modern web frameworks. You will work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to build secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable backend applications using Python.
Build high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
Develop low-latency, high-availability applications for enterprise environments.
Integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
Design and optimize database schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
Implement and maintain PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other data storage solutions.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Develop automated unit tests and integration tests.
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
Maintain technical documentation and development best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional Python development experience.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with at least one Python web framework:
Django
Flask
FastAPI
Strong understanding of REST API development.
Experience working with SQL databases:
PostgreSQL
MySQL
Experience with NoSQL databases:
MongoDB
Redis
Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as:
SQLAlchemy
Django ORM
Experience with Git and version control workflows.
Strong understanding of software architecture and backend design principles.
Experience implementing authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with asynchronous programming using AsyncIO or Celery.
Experience with event-driven programming.
Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka, or message queues.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Python libraries such as:
Pandas
NumPy
SciPy
Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects is a plus.
Experience working with US or international clients.
