- The incumbent should have an MBA in Finance or a relevant field. Additional certifications in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CFA) will be considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP Prime for accounting, financial reporting, and data management.
- Must be an experienced and business-minded professional with a strong financial background, capable of overseeing financial management, budgeting, and accounting processes to drive business objectives.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on industry standards and market trends.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including 5+ years in a managerial role, overseeing financial operations and leading a team.
- Should have demonstrated experience in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and implementing effective cost-control measures, as well as achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- The candidate must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team, set clear priorities, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the successful execution of financial projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to senior management, stakeholders, and other departments.
- Demonstrated success in financial reporting and analysis, with a proven track record of achieving financial objectives and improving business profitability.
