Training Duration: 3 Months
Training Program
Month 1 – Theory & Practical Training
- Introduction to Tekla Structures software
- Steel detailing fundamentals
- Reading structural and fabrication drawings
- Practical exercises and modeling assignments
- Basic project workflow and detailing standards
Months 2 & 3 – Live Project Training
- Hands-on experience with live projects
- Preparation of GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and reports
- Model checking and quality control
- Coordination with senior detailers and project teams
- Real-time project exposure and industry-standard practices

Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
- Basic computer knowledge
- Interest in steel detailing and structural modeling
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
Career Path: Tekla Trainee → Junior Tekla Detailer → Tekla Detailer → Senior Detailer
