We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, ensure smooth workflow, and support the management team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations

Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.

Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement.

Manage vendor relationships (housekeeping, IT support, maintenance, etc.).
Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to management and staff.

Prepare reports, emails, meeting minutes, and documentation as required.

Coordinate internal meetings, visitor management, and scheduling.
Team & Client Coordination

Assist in onboarding new employees (ID cards, seating arrangements, system setup).

Coordinate with clients and ensure their operational requirements are met.

Support HR and operations for employee engagement activities.
Facilities & Infrastructure

Supervise office equipment, IT setups, and necessary repairs.

Ensure safety protocols, security systems, and compliance requirements are followed.

Oversee workstation allocation and office layout planning.
Financial & Reporting

Handle petty cash, vendor invoices, and budget tracking.

Maintain records of expenses, inventory, and office logs.
