Position description:
Create high-impact visual communication for digital learning, marketing, sales enablement, presentations, campaigns, and multimedia experiences. The role requires excellent visual-design craft, strong concept development, marketing-agency or creative-agency experience, and mandatory use of AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation and production without compromising originality, brand alignment, or quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Translate briefs, storyboards, campaign requirements, and brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts and polished design solutions.
- Design high-fidelity course screens, presentations, pitch decks, infographics, social and campaign assets, banners, brochures, digital ads, email graphics, landing-page visuals, videos, and other brand collateral.
- Develop visual concepts suitable for both learning and marketing contexts, balancing communication objectives, audience needs, brand positioning, and conversion or engagement goals.
- Create consistent design systems covering typography, color, grid, hierarchy, spacing, iconography, imagery, illustration style, and reusable components.
- Apply excellent composition, typography, image direction, information design, visual storytelling, and art-direction skills.
- Interpret and enhance storyboards while preserving instructional intent and improving visual engagement, clarity, and production feasibility.
- Define interaction states and developer handoff specifications, including default, hover, selected, visited, disabled, revealed, and responsive behaviors.
- Create or direct original graphics, illustrations, icons, image composites, avatars, presentation templates, motion assets, and visual treatments.
- Use AI tools as a mandatory part of visual-design work for ideation, mood boards, image generation, image enhancement, background creation, visual variations, layout exploration, and production acceleration.
- Write effective prompts, refine AI outputs, maintain visual consistency, correct artifacts, and ensure outputs meet brand, copyright, privacy, and quality requirements.
- Design for accessibility through readable contrast, legible typography, clear focus/selected states, non-color cues, and suitable alternatives for meaningful visual information.
- Present design rationale confidently, incorporate feedback constructively, manage multiple assignments, and deliver accurately within agency-style timelines.
- Conduct self-reviews and peer reviews for aesthetics, brand compliance, accessibility, accuracy, technical feasibility, and production readiness.

Educational qualifications preferred

- Advanced understanding of branding, campaign design, digital marketing creatives, learning visualization, typography, color, composition, grid, hierarchy, and information design.
- Ability to adapt a single visual idea across multiple formats and channels while maintaining campaign and brand consistency.
- Ability to balance aesthetics with communication clarity, learning objectives, audience needs, accessibility, and production constraints.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder communication, feedback interpretation, time management, and collaboration skills.
Required Knowledge: Visual Design, UX Design, Human Interaction
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of After Effects or other motion-design tools is desirable.
- Mandatory proficiency with AI-assisted visual-design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT image generation, Ideogram, Canva AI, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated prompt-engineering skills and the ability to transform AI-generated concepts into polished, editable, brand-compliant final assets.
- A strong portfolio covering marketing campaigns, brand collateral, presentations, infographics, digital learning screens, and AI-assisted visual work.
