We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals for our exhibition and event fabrication services.
Identify and approach potential clients from various industries who participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
Pitch our services including stall design & fabrication, branding solutions, and event setups.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our services and meet prospects.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or advertising industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
