We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to own and drive the complete branding and marketing function of the company. This role is responsible for shaping how the company is perceived in the market — across digital platforms, project case studies, campaigns, and every customer touchpoint — while also driving the strategic marketing efforts that support business growth. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically about brand positioning while also being hands-on in execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and continuously refine the company's brand identity — who we serve, what problems we solve, and what differentiates us from competitors in the lighting industry
· Build a strong, consistent brand narrative across all channels
· Plan, design, and execute brand campaigns that represent the company across various platforms and events
· Coordinate with creative/design teams and external agencies for campaign assets
· Ensure campaigns align with overall brand positioning and business goals
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the lighting sector
· Identify and define target audience segments (architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, retail consumers, etc.)
· Set marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels
· Own the company's digital presence — website, social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), and content marketing
· Track digital performance metrics and optimize based on data
· Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — website, product packaging, showrooms, social media, advertisements, and customer service interactions
· Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across teams and vendors
· Oversee design and content quality for all marketing collateral, brochures, catalogues, and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
· 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing in a company.
· Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in digital marketing
· Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
· Experience working with project marketing (architecture, design, or real estate-adjacent industries is a plus)
