Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front office operations, welcoming clients, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic project information.
- Schedule meetings and site visit appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain visitor records and client databases.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and document filing.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and site visits when required.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Diploma.
1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the real estate industry.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
