Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Summary:
The Sales Engineer will play a key role in aligning Azentio’s solutions with customer needs, supporting the sales team, and building trusted partnerships with clients. Based in India, this individual will combine technical knowledge and business acumen to drive sales success and customer satisfaction in the region.
Key Responsibilities

Own the entire face of business for each customer’s experience.

Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and demonstrate how Azentio's solutions can address business challenges.

Deliver impactful product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops tailored to customer needs.

Act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term relationships with clients by providing technical insights and strategic recommendations.
- Solution Design and Technical Expertise:

Collaborate with customers to design solutions that align with their technical and business objectives.

Provide detailed technical consultation, addressing questions and challenges throughout the sales cycle.

Assist in crafting detailed responses to RFPs/RFIs and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with product, engineering, and support teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements and development.

Collaborate with the sales team on account strategies and ensure technical alignment with customer needs.

Represent Azentio at industry events, trade shows, and seminars to showcase our solutions and capabilities.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics in the APAC region, especially within the ERP sector.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales, solution consulting, or similar role within the software industry, preferably in the ERP sector.

Proven ability to succeed in a customer-facing technical role within India, APAC region.

Solid understanding of cloud-based software solutions, enterprise architecture, and system integration practices.

Experience with core banking systems is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in English is required.

Willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region.
