We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development, lead generation, and client acquisition for our software products and services. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in client interactions, and capable of converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company software products and IT services to potential clients.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, and follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into qualified business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and client interactions.
- Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and pipeline reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project handover.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT Sales.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent outbound calling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes preferred.
- Experience in software/IT sales will be an added advantage.
