Job Title: Workshop Manager – SCV (Small Commercial Vehicles)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workshop Manager to oversee the complete operations of our Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workshop operations, maintaining high service quality standards, managing manpower and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations for SCV vehicles.
- Ensure timely repair, maintenance, and delivery of vehicles
- Plan and allocate jobs to technicians and service staff.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automobile workshop operations.
- At least 1 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SCV vehicles, diagnostics, repairs, and workshop management.
