Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support operations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams.
- Lead and train the customer care team.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
