Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career portals.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Prepare offer letters and assist with salary negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
