ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:-
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop production schedules to meet customer demand
- Ensure optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Process Management
- Oversee daily production operations
- Monitor workflows and adjust processes for efficiency
- Quality Control
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Implement quality assurance procedures
- Team Supervision
- Manage and lead production staff and supervisors
- Train employees and ensure safety compliance
- Cost Control
- Monitor production costs and reduce waste
- Improve productivity while maintaining quality
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety regulations
- Ensure safe handling of equipment and materials
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work with procurement to ensure raw materials availability
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overproduction
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare production reports
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- Experience in production or manufacturing environment (typically 3–7+ years)
- Knowledge of production planning software or ERP systems is often required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
