Manage the procurement of general hospital supplies, equipment, and consumables.
Identify and coordinate with vendors for quotations, price negotiations, and purchase orders.
Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials as per departmental requirements.
Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor details.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store/inventory teams to avoid shortages.
Compare supplier prices and quality to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Ensure all purchases comply with hospital policies and budget guidelines.
Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and pending orders.
Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain good supplier relationships.
Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / related field.
1–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of hospital consumables and procurement procedures.
Good negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
