Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Explain company products and services in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel or CRM.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday (As per company policy)
