1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the jewellery store to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display standards.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory audits, and ensure accurate billing.
2. Sales & Customer Service
- Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalations or complaints efficiently.
3. Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates and support staff.
- Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet sales goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and organize regular team meetings.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage inventory movement — receiving, tagging, and securing valuable stock.
- Conduct stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and new product launches.
5. Visual Merchandising & Display
- Ensure attractive and strategic product displays to enhance sales.
- Plan and execute festive or promotional displays to attract customers.
6. Finance & Reporting
- Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain profitability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
