Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting jewellery products and provide an excellent showroom experience. The candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and basic knowledge of jewellery products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery
- Explain product details such as:
- Gold purity
- Diamond quality
- Weight and pricing
- Certification and offers
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
- Handle billing, packaging, and customer documentation
- Maintain jewellery displays and showroom cleanliness
- Support inventory checks and stock management
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Stay updated with latest jewellery collections and trends
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling ability
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery preferred
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming
- Kannada, English, Hindi/Tamil preferred depending on location
Qualification
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Any Degree preferred
- Freshers can apply
- 1–3 years jewellery or retail sales experience preferred
- 4-6 years Managerial jewellery experience Preferred for Manager roles
Working Conditions

- Weekend and festival working required

Pay: ₹17,750.00 - ₹45,355.92 per month
