Job Title: Senior Production manager

Roles and Responsibility:
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes within the packaging facility to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within quality standards, and at optimal cost.
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
- Supervise production supervisors, shift leaders, and shop-floor teams
- Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure machine readiness
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, GMP, customer specifications, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Manage production budgets and control manufacturing costs
- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control
- Familiarity with packaging machinery and automation systems
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the packaging industry
- Strong understanding of packaging materials (paper, plastic, flexible packaging, corrugated, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
