Job Overview
Lenskart Solutions Ltd. is hiring Sales Associates for its retail stores across multiple locations in Kerala.
We are looking for customer-focused individuals with good communication skills who are interested in building a career in retail sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear, frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories.
- Provide information about products, offers, and services.
- Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Support day-to-day store sales and retail operations.
- Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Assist with billing and other store-related activities as required.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a retail environment.
- Sales or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply for the applicable salary bracket.
- Candidates should be willing to work at the required store location.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must have the educational qualification applicable to the relevant salary bracket.
Salary Structure
- Freshers: ₹20,200 CTC per month
- Experienced candidates with Plus Two: ₹21,500 CTC per month
- Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience + Degree: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and suitability
