Job Summary
SearchUrCollege is looking for a Marketing Manager who can identify and connect with coaching institutes, tuition teachers, and educational organizations across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting coaching centers, building partnerships, and increasing student enrollments for SearchUrCollege's online test series.
Key Responsibilities
· Research and identify coaching institutes, tuition teachers, schools, and educational organizations using Google, social media, business directories, and other publicly available sources.
· Build and maintain a database of potential coaching partners.
· Contact coaching institutes and tuition teachers through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
· Present the benefits of SearchUrCollege Test Series and explain partnership opportunities.
· Convert coaching institutes and tuition teachers into active referral or channel partners.
· Schedule online or in-person meetings with coaching owners and decision-makers.
· Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
· Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and partner onboarding.
· Develop long-term relationships with coaching centers to maximize student enrollments.
· Achieve monthly partnership and enrollment targets.
· Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors and customer needs.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
· Strong telecalling and sales skills.
· Ability to search and verify business information from publicly available online sources.
· Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualifications
· Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
· 2–5 years of experience in marketing, telecalling, business development, or educational sales.
· Experience working with coaching institutes, schools, colleges, or EdTech companies is preferred.

· Number of new coaching institutes identified.
· Number of outbound calls made.
· Number of meetings scheduled.
· Number of partnership agreements signed.
· Number of student enrollments generated through partners.

Compensation
· Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives.
· Additional incentives for achieving enrollment and revenue targets.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in EdTech companies, education counseling, coaching institute sales, channel partner development, or academic marketing will be given preference.
Pay: ₹12,416.70 - ₹30,725.35 per month
