Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Inside Sales Representative to join our inside sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, driving sales revenue, and meeting sales targets through outbound and inbound telephone sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business leads through outbound telephone calls to prospective customers.
2. Conduct needs analysis with customers to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for our products or services.
3. Deliver product or service presentations to customers via telephone to highlight the features, benefits, and value proposition.
4. Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Close sales deals and negotiate pricing and terms as needed.
6. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
7. Enter sales data into our CRM system to track sales activity and customer interactions.
8. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Target Responsibilities:

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: Experience in inside sales and of manufacturing or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Software Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
