Applications are invited from self‑motivated candidates for two project position under the
IIITD-RGCIRC collaborative project “Unveiling Therapeutic Targets in Oral Cancer with
Transcriptomics, Knowledge Graphs, and Artificial Intelligence. The project aims to
integrate single‑cell transcriptomics, multi‑omics data mining, and AI‑driven knowledge
graphs to discover actionable therapeutic targets for oral squamous‑cell carcinoma (OSCC).
Areas of Work
- Single‑cell and spatial transcriptomics analysis
- Construction of large‑scale biomedical knowledge graphs
- Development of AI/ML models for target prioritization

- Strong background in molecular biology, bioinformatics, or medical genetics (as
applicable).
- Proficiency in R/Python and high‑throughput data analysis (for research‑scientist
posts).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work in an
interdisciplinary team.

Positions are available immediately for an initial one‑year contract, renewable up to two
