Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to oversee core HR operations, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRMS tools to ensure smooth and efficient HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations, administration, and employee records using HRMS platforms.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and handle complete onboarding and joining formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and salary processing using MS Excel, Keka HR, Saral and HROne etc.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Bonus.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as payroll providers, background verification agencies, and benefits partners.
- Handle complete employee lifecycle management including confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Address employee queries, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations.
- Support Performance Management System (PMS) activities including KPI tracking and appraisal documentation.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and retention activities.
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and continuous process improvements aligned with labor laws.
- Collaborate with hiring managers for manpower planning and job requirement mapping.
- Prepare job descriptions and manage postings across job portals and social media platforms.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Keka HR, HROne preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Problem-solving and employee relations handling skills

Pay: ₹21,120.42 - ₹35,281.96 per month
