Our company STEM- Xpert is looking for a dynamic, self-starter BDE Field to join our sales team. Unlike a traditional desk job, this role is 70% field-based. You will be the face of our company, responsible for hunting new clients, conducting in-person meetings, and closing deals on the ground. If you love talking to people, negotiating face-to-face, and have the hunger to earn through incentives, this role is for you.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management.
- Conduct on-site visits to prospective clients – schools, colleges, training centres, and deliver compelling presentations about products/services, and close deals through follow-up calls/visits.
- Maintain long-term client relationships, address concerns proactively, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate with product coordinators and resolve the quires.
- Organize and execute promotional events (competitions, quizzes, workshops) to boost brand visibility.
- Generate new business by identifying, meeting, and onboarding prospective clients (schools, institutions, etc.), understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Update the data on CRM
- Maintain an up-to-date client database, tracking engagement status, sales progress, and feedback.
- Produce and edit marketing content coordinate with digital team for creating digital exposure
- Work closely with state partners.
- Participate in events and crate identity of the brand.
Market Research & Digital Growth
- Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to refine sales/marketing approaches and communicate with Supervisors
- Support in creating Marketing & Sales strategies for physical marketing outreach (e.g., school visits, community centers).
Responsibilities
- Report all activities to supervisor on daily basis
- Report all activities with state partners
- Support in marketing plans
- Update your supervisor on ongoing activities and events related to Tinkering Labs and school events.
- Send weekly report and monthly report to supervisor and HR.
- Maritain proper record of clients sales data and client data.
- Research analyze social media Trends and support digital team in to create digital presence of your product.
- Have fruit client meetings and support in resolution of there quires.
Pay: ₹15,000.30 - ₹40,000.00 per month
