Departments:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes as per the assigned section and recipes
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times
- Assist in mise-en place and daily kitchen operations
- Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service
- Guide and teach Junior staff when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Support inventory control and minimize wastage
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the applied section (Pantry / Tandoor / Dim Sum / Chinese)
- Position will be offered based on experience level (Commi II / I / DCDP)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
