Job Summary
We are hiring a Finance Head (Commercial) for a fast-growing jewellery startup backed by ₹50 Crore in funding, with additional funding planned. This is a leadership opportunity to build the finance function from the ground up with a clear growth path to CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Build finance, accounting, and commercial processes.
- Set up accounting systems, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Manage inventory accounting, debtors, creditors, and vendor management.
- Handle commercial agreements and ensure financial compliance.
- Work closely with founders to support business growth and financial planning.
Eligibility
- CA with 3+ years of experience, or
- CA Inter with 6+ years of experience, or
- B.Com with 12+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements
- Only Mumbai-based candidates.
