About the Role
Brandstrek Creatives is looking for a motivated and result-driven *Marketing Associate* to lead our marketing efforts, generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in both marketing strategy and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
* Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
* Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
* Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to deliver successful campaigns.
* Track sales performance and marketing activities.
* Represent Brandstrek at networking events and business meetings.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
* Strong client acquisition and client closing experience.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience in client relationship management.
* Knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
* Ability to lead and coordinate a marketing team.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
* Experience working in a creative agency or branding agency.
* Understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
* Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
