We're Looking for a Co-Founder — The Languages Academy
The Languages Academy is an established French language institute offering structured programs from A1 to B2, with a proprietary published textbook series (Le Français Pas à Pas, Volumes 1–4) available internationally on KDP and Apple Books.
The academic foundation is built. Now it's time to scale — and we're looking for the right co-founder to make that happen.
The Role: Co-Founder — Marketing, Growth & Enrollment
This is an equity-based co-founder position for someone from a business and marketing background, willing to bring an investment of ₹3–5 lakhs to co-fund our growth phase.
You will:
Build and lead a marketing team from scratch
Own the full student enrollment pipeline — from lead generation to onboarding
Drive digital advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and growth strategy
Track enrollment numbers and report on growth metrics
Identify new market opportunities and revenue channels
Work closely with the academic co-founder to align growth with the institute's mission
Who We're Looking For:
✔ Proven background in marketing, business development, or growth
✔ Ability to build and manage a team
✔ Investor mindset — you see this as a founding stake, not a job
✔ Respect for the academic mission; interest in education or EdTech is a plus
