Vikram Readymix Concrete Co. is looking for Order Management Executives to handle customer orders, dispatch coordination, production scheduling support, and delivery tracking. The candidate should have prior experience in RMC plant operations and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer concrete orders
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams
- Prepare daily delivery schedules
- Track order status and delivery completion
- Maintain customer records and order documentation
- Coordinate with site representatives regarding delivery requirements
- Prepare MIS reports and operational records
- Ensure timely communication between departments
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field
Experience Required
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in RMC plant operations or order management
Skills Required
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of RMC dispatch and scheduling processes
- Good organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, reports, and email communication
