Job Title: Sales Executive – Resorts, Adventures & Safaris Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our Resorts, Adventure & Safari division. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, promoting travel packages, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.
- Promote resort stays, adventure activities, safari packages, and travel experiences.
- Generate new leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and vendors for smooth operations.
- Maintain follow-ups with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package details for clients.
- Build relationships with travel agents, corporates, schools, and groups.
- Maintain customer database and daily sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Resorts, Adventure, or Safari sales. Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic travel destinations and resorts.
- Comfortable with sales targets and client handling.
- Knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and online booking systems is preferred.
- Positive attitude and team player.
Qualification
- Graduate in any field (Tourism/Hospitality preferred).
